At Patriot Customz, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our home goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your custom decor or furniture doesn't meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
